I’m Amy Jo Crowell or "AJ"—career and motivation expert and creator of Career Success Strategies—and I’m here to help you secure your next job with confidence. I hold an MBA and BBA from Texas State University and I’m a Texas Certified Secondary Educator in Career and Technology. I’ve also built and successfully run multiple businesses, including a publishing company for more than 12 years. Over the years, I’ve taught career-readiness skills in both high school and college settings—most recently at the University of Texas at Dallas—helping people of all ages strengthen resumes, write standout cover letters, and walk into interviews prepared and confident.

I’m a certified yoga instructor and dynamic motivational speaker. I founded and organized the largest yoga festival in Texas for several years, and I’m a Top 10 Amazon Self-Help author of Loved Back to Life, where I share my journey of recovery. I am told I have an infectious smile and uplifting energy that I use to help people build confidence, take action, and create real change—starting right now.
